How the story ends... according to Gabrielle - December 5, 2013

The raven said, “Maybe we could figure this out.”  So the animals thought for a long time.  Then the owl said, “Maybe this island could be a park so I could be admired.”  The orca said, “We could have a day off so I could go for a swim.”  Next the cormorant said, “I could go on the boat on our day off.”  After that, the beaver said, “On Friday, I could drive a train around this island.” Then the watchman said,
“But we still have to be a totem pole.”  Finally, all the animals agreed with each other and became a totem pole.
